I’m not sure I ordered the “right” one. My husband used to use one a Lot, while he was taking Physical Therapy, but since, has lost strength to do so. His was more of a ‘coral’ color. The one I chose was as shown (to the left). The old one was just one long band with a handle on each end. My husband made this one which was really “two” separate bands “work” for him. He is now getting back to being able to exercise a little each day and the bands are helpful. My purpose in ordering a new one IS ~ the one which he had fell apart on first time back at using one.Thanks!Mema

This band does not have what I would call “medium” tensity – it’s more like XXS. I’ve had it a few weeks and it hasn’t broken yet, but seems to be stretching out. I have to “choke up” on the band when I’m doing exercises to get the resistance I need. It almost seems like it’s stretched out. I would recommend this product for someone elderly, or very young and just beginning to work out. (I’m giving this to my 10 year old once a new one arrives.) The seller, packaging, and shipping were all great.

Not as much tension as I was expecting and there isn’t a strap you can close it in a door or hang on a handle. I had to use the one off my old band that the dog chewed up….Great color though and the handles are padded.
